Sharktooth Beach on Jekyll Island is a secluded, oyster shell beach accessible via a roughly mile-long walk or bike ride. The beach itself lacks sand and features abundant oyster shells, making swimming unsafe. Despite the lack of traditional amenities, many find the peaceful atmosphere and the possibility of finding shark teeth to be rewarding.
